Named after the Taino (Caribbean First Nations people) word for sun, Kamúy is much more than a restaurant - for its executive chef and his team, it’s an opportunity to bring together and celebrate a rich and diverse community through food, music, culture, and art. Hailing from many different regions of the islands (and beyond), Chef Paul and his team aim to bring something new to Montreal’s culinary tapestry that combines the flavor, spice, and colorful creations of Caribbean food.

She was a pastry chef and he was a baker. At the time, Eric convinced Dyan that they should to take the plunge and open their own place.
