Co-owner and Executive Chef Maneet Chauhan’s Indian roots, zest for travel and affection for Southern cuisine have beautifully collided to offer a menu featuring globally influenced Indian cuisine that highlights aspects of the culinary scene not only in Mumbai or New Delhi.
Nashville scored big when this husband-and-wife culinary powerhouse moved to town (and when it got a see-thru cheese cave). James Beard Award-winning chef Tony Mantuano and wine/hospitality expert Cathy Mantuano brought Nashville the fine dining Italian menu it had been missing alongside standout service and a welcoming atmosphere inside the new Joseph Hotel.
Chef and owner Nina Singto, is the mastermind behind TEN bringing popular Thai dishes from the iconic Pad Thai to Malaysian – Style Noodles, and various authentic Southeast Asian cuisine here in the South. The name of the restaurant, Thai Esane, refers to Lao-speaking people in northeastern Thailand, and the food reflects that.
