Brasserie by Niche, a French bistro in the Central West End, has maintained its shine and devotion from diners since it first opened in 2009. It is always buzzing with hungry guests enjoying flawless, pillowy gougères, garlicky wild Burgundy escargot, a deeply satisfying, slow-cooked cassoulet, or duck confit with tender green lentils. It continues to be one of the city’s most highly regarded restaurants, capturing an elusive and seemingly immutable appeal.

Welcome Back - as we jump back into the swing of things you’ll notice a lot of changes. The main one being our new standard 20% service charge. This ensures a livable wage for all our employees. This charge is split equally between every hourly staff member. For any further questions, feel free to reach out. Vaccine proof is now required for INDOOR dining. Non-vacinated guests may still dine on our patio.

Natashas all started with “The Little Kitchen” which was first established in 1983 by husband and wife team, Behshid and Hamishe Bahrami. Neither owner had any prior aspiration of going in to the restaurant business. In 1982, the couple’s first and only child was born and in the same year Behshid was laid off after a sudden downturn in the economy. The family had to choose between waiting out the recession or creating their own destiny.
